    Four board members from two different boards turned in their resignations to the town of Saratoga. Mayor John Zeiger read the four resignations at the town council meeting, Dec. 3. Lee Tromble resigned from the Airport Board. Tromble is moving to a lower elevation for health reasons. Tromble's resignation is effective Dec. 31.     Town of Saratoga Mayor John Zeiger encourages anyone who is interested in Saratoga’s future to attend the public meeting Dec. 17 at 5:30 p.m. “We are expecting an influx of people and we want to be ready,” Zeiger said.     Shirley Nadine Jairell died Nov. 29 at Poudre Valley Medical Center in Fort Collins, Colo. Shirley was born in Encampment on Jan. 20, 1944, to Les and Nadine (Blake) Wick. The family moved to Laramie when she was 8 years old. After graduating from Laramie High School, she married the love of her life, her Bobby, Robert Bob Jairell on April 20, 1963, in Laramie. Members have been preparing for Christmas, and buying Christmas gifts for all the residents at Deseret Health Care and Rehab. We will be gift wrapping Dec. 17 along with a carry-in dinner.     Friday is the deadline to deliver gifts to Town & Country Realty for the Valley Service Organization’s 2013 Giving Tree. “We are still accepting family gifts like movies and board games,” Town & Country’s Administrative Assistant Mary Martin said.     Another local Christmas-based Giving Tree has recently been created, but this time with the goal to help needy homeless animals in Carbon County.
