Miller and Ruth (Kistler) Miller. Jan grew up in Lusk and graduated from Niobrara County High School.     A wildfire was reported Monday afternoon on the Medicine Bow National Forest, 30 miles southwest of Laramie. Dubbed the Owen Fire, the 500-acre fire is burning in timber near Lake Owen in southern Albany County. The cause of the fire is currently unknown and under investigation.
