    School music programs are struggling everywhere, and Saratoga's schools are no different. Shirley Hillyard, President of the Platte Valley Arts Council (PVAC) reached out to Ivy Palmer, the band instructor for Saratoga elementary and middle school, asking if they needed anything.     With the green grass, and the meadowlark song our thoughts turn to landscaping. First on the April 18 town council agenda was the Saratoga Museum Director Dana Davis addressed the town council concerning the landscaping care at the museum.     From Kindergarten to fifth grade the Country music entertained and the attendees. The Second graders provided "Honky Tonk Man"-in the style of Johnny Horner. Third graders sang their rendition of the Johnny Cash song, "I've Been Everywhere". Kindergarteners sang "Rhinestone Cowboy" by Glen Campbell much to the delight of the audience.     The Tigers traveled over 2 hours to challenge several teams from around the State of Wyoming. Encampment Head Coach Kegan Willford said, "It was a cold and windy day at the meet, but we still had many of our athletes with personal bests and season bests in some of their events.  The team continues to gain valuable experiences at our meets we have gone to and we hope to continue that in the final two weeks of the regular season."
