    The Carbon County Sheriff’s office received a missing person report on the evening of Thursday, January 19. Searchers were called out to try and locate a missing Saratoga man. The victim, Neal Lee Forbes, was found approximately four hours after the call came in to dispatch.     Five young people were lost Sunday, January 22. They were returning from a week long visit to a Bible college in Jackson Hole. The five victims were from Pulaski County, Arkansas. At 6:52 p.m. Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) received a report that a Dodge Ram 3500 was driving east in the westbound lane of Interstate 80– just east of Rawlins. He was born to Cliff and Madaline (Morris) Forbes, and he and his older sister Judy (Dixon) were raised throughout the western United States and spent five formative years in Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.     On Friday, January 20, Saratoga students participated in the Scripp's Spelling Bee, which was held at the Platte Valley Community Center. There were 46 contestants in the Bee from grades 2-8.     The Saratoga Lady Panthers swept in to Encampment on Saturday with winning on their mind. The Panthers grabbed the game in the first quarter and never let up. Encampment's Lady Tigers won the tip in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the ball, ending that quarter with Saratoga leading 23-21.
