The Sights & Lights of the VSO Lighted Parade in Saratoga. The annual parade kicking off the Christmas season took place Saturday, December 9. Despite the chilly evening weather crowds lined the parade route. Pounds & pounds of candy, and some other collectibles, were tossed to the delight of all the kids attending.
