Saratoga turns game over at Southeast

Cyclones 44, Panthers 20

Saratoga High School football travelled to Yoder for a Friday night contest with Southeast High School. The Cyclones were able to control the home turf on a cold, breezy, night and claim the W 44-20.

SHS Coach Todd Weber said “ We are proud of the effort from the team. They never quit, and didn’t this night. While they played hard, we just had too many turnovers. On the road against a good team you can’t do that.’. The Panthers committed five turnovers, three fumbles and two interceptions.

The team was able to put up some yards but stopped themselves too often to counter the Cyclones. Individual statistics were not available at press time.

The Panthers will close out the season at home this Friday against Lingle-Fort at 6:00p.
