On Wednesday, a vehicle driven by a Saratoga man crashed into a vehicle waiting to turn on to First Street from Walnut. The vehicle came to a stop when it hit the sign at the old Amerigas Building. The driver was transported to the hospital. Police Chief Ken Lehr said the driver had a medical emergency that caused him to lose control of the vehicle.
