Commemorative brick forms for NPVMC can be found at local businesses
A commemorative paving brick can be a meaningful way to provide a lasting legacy, honor a special person or occasion, or even do a little discrete advertising in support of a popular healthcare initiative. Counter displays are now up at several locations in Saratoga, Encampment and Riverside offering order forms for custom commemorative bricks that will be featured at the entrance to the North Platte Valley Medical Center.
“For many people buying a brick is an ideal way to help support the Medical Center,” said Sonja Collamer, vice-chair of the Platte Valley Healthcare Project. “It’s personal, the cost is affordable, and it allows them to be a lasting part of an institution that will serve our community for generations to come.”
Bricks are available in two sizes, 4”x8” and 8”x8”. The smaller size will contain up to three lines of text up to 20 characters each; the larger size will accommodate up to six lines of text. Prices are $100 and $175, respectively.
Funds raised from the sale of bricks will be added to the hospital’s Help Us Build a Strong Foundation campaign, which is aimed at equipping NPVMC with top-of-the-line medical equipment and facilities.
Order forms for the bricks are available at the following locations:
•Shively’s Hardware, downtown and north
•Koyoty Sports
•Strong Tower Designs
•Saratoga Automotive
•Valley Foods
•Edward Jones
•Laura M.
•Platte Valley Community Center
•Riverside and Encampment Town Halls.
Other locations are being confirmed and more will be added soon. Bricks can also be ordered online at NPVMC.com/donate/bricks.
