Tiger track and field athletes earn top spots in Wind River, Green River
The track and field athletes of Encampment now have two meets under their belts.
Competing at the Wind River Invitational in Pavillion on March 20 and the Green River Invite on March 24, Head Coach Kegan Willford had a number of athletes place well and prequalify for the State Championship.
“It was good for the kids to get out and have the opportunity to compete in two early track meets,” said Wilford. “These athletes now have at least one mark for their events in which they can look to improve upon in the next few weeks.”
