PVHP chair and Corbett liason to speak at Chamber dinner
Will Faust, chairman of the Platte Valley Healthcare Project (PVHP) and Laura Bucholz, liaison from the Corbett Medical Foundation, will give the keynote address at the Saratoga/Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner on Thursday, March 18.
Faust and Bucholz will be giving Chamber and audience members a recap of the North Platte Valley Medical Center project to date as well as plans for its completion in the coming year.
“The new hospital will have an important impact on many facets of the community, and not least the business community,” Faust said. “This will be an important opportunity for people to get up to speed on our timeline and to talk about how having a hospital in town will change things going forward.”
Construction on the new facility is scheduled to begin March 15.
Faust and Bucholz will also be introducing the Buy-a-Brick piece of PVHP’s “Help Us Build a Strong Foundation” stretch campaign and will have samples and order forms for the commemorative paving bricks on hand.
The Chamber Annual Dinner is held at the Platte Valley Community Center and begins with a social hour from 6:00 to 7:00. In addition to the keynote address, the Chamber will present awards for Business of the Year, New Business of the Year, Emerging Business of the Year, Organization of the Year and Volunteer of the Year.
