Lunch focuses on government
SPVCC Leaders Luncheon features Wyoming Association of Governmental Affairs speaker
June 6, 2018
The Saratoga/ Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce’s (SPVCC) guest speaker will be Chris Brown from the Wyoming Association of Governmental Affairs Network. He will talk about this past year’s Wyoming State Legislature and the changes that will affect business. Chris will also discuss the upcoming session and let you know what issues are currently being discussed in committee.
Do you think your representatives need to hear more from you? Chris will help attendees learn to do this more effectively. Chris Brown is contracted by the Wyoming State Chamber of Commerce, as well as other several state associations, to speak on their behalf during legislative sessions.
The purpose of the Leaders Luncheon is to help generate ideas, discuss possible solutions, cement relationships between individuals and groups, and show support for the community.
The price is $15 per person and the SPVCC requests reservations in advance. While requiring an RSVP, the Chamber will have to charge individuals with reservations, whether they are able to make it or not, as the caterer will charge based on the number of RSVPs received. Please Register by Monday before the Luncheon.
The Leaders Luncheon will be held at noon, Wednesday, June 13 at the Platte Valley Community Center.
