Input wanted for new impact payment rules

The Industrial Siting Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is calling to the public for their input on new rules for impact funds. HB152, regarding industrial siting impact payments, went into effect on July 1, although it will not affect previous or current projects.
