From Jan. 19, 2014 through Jan. 25, 2015 the Saratoga Police Department responded to 88 calls including the following classifications:
911 hang up (1); alarm (1); animal problem (1); bar check (5); business checks (26); citizen assist (14); destruction of property (1); barking dog complaint (1); lost dog (1); dog tag (3); vicious dog (1); fingerprints (4); fish and game (1); fraud (3); hazardous materials spill (1); hot pool check (6); larceny (1); lockout (3); lost property (1); probation or parole violation (1); record check (5); school zones (3); smoke report (3); suspicious person, circumstances (2); threatening (2); traffic stop (2); welfare check (1).
A total of 37 homes are currently on our House Watch program and one person is on the Home Alone program.

Albert Hennek, of Saratoga, was given a warning for Failure to Come to a Complete Stop at a Stop Sign.
Samantha Carter, of Brooksville, Fla., was given a warning for speed.
