Jezria "Jez" Latham has long been a smiling face in the world of Carbon County real estate. It's also probably safe to say that real estate runs in the blood.

Brenda Oxford was born and raised in Wyoming, but she spent many years outside the state. For that matter, she spent years outside the country.
For about 16 years, Oxford worked and traveled internationally.
"I was a corporate logistics accountant for an oil and gas company," Oxford said. "I traded crude oil for massage oil when I became a massage therapist later in life."
