A Short Term Proposal

Next Tuesday, the Saratoga Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on short term rentals in municipal limits.

Regardless of where you stand on the issue, we believe it is important for Saratoga residents to attend and make their voices heard. For more than a year, the topic of short term rentals—or STRs—have been held in meetings of both the Saratoga Planning Commission and the Saratoga Town Council. A question often asked, at least in the planning commission meetings, is what the goal would be in instituting a short term rental permit ordinance and permitting process.
