HEM boys basketball focus on goals achieved during season
Though the Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) Miners didn’t make it to the 1A State Tournament, they managed to accomplish some of their goals at the 1A West Regional Tournament in Lander.
“Of course we wanted to make it to State,” said Head Coach Cliff Jones. “But our goal was to be playing on Saturday for the chance to go to State and we did that.”
The Miners went 1-2 during the regional tournament, facing the Hulett Red Devils, the Midwest Oilers and the Kaycee Buckaroos.
