Tuker Carricato recognized for his national success

A junior at Saratoga Middle High School, Tuker Carricato has become quite the celebrity.

He placed first at the National High School Finals Rodeo Bareback Back in July, 2022. He won the National Championship with 229 on 3.

Carricato also wrestles for Saratoga and shows excellent skills on the mat. He took 3rd at the 2A State Tournament at 113 pounds a year ago and finished the season at 32-8.

Carricato's dedication to his competitions whether they be a rodeo or a wrestling match are obvious.

Carricato's rodeo career started as a mini bareback rider. His dad, Tony, had been a bareback rider and competed in high school, National Little Britches and college rodeo. Carricato got started riding, following his dad's advice. He road his first mini bareback in Rock Springs in the Winter Series.

Thanks to Carricato's natural athleticism he has been able to hone his skills well.

Carricato played football, basketball as well as being a wrestler.

He's a busy young man working on the ranch he calls home with his family.

In an interview with Casper Sports Carricato was asked what he does for fun. He said, "this is fun, this is what I do".
