Quite a milestone for a high school senior

Saratoga Middle High School Senior Whitney Bennett reached a remarkable milestone in her high school sports career by scoring her 1,000th point in basketball.

The countdown started when Bennett entered her freshman year. She played both volleyball and basketball and left nothing on the court.

Bennet scored the landmark 1,000 in the first half of the last game this last weekend against Burlington's Lady Huskies.
