This year the Saratoga Historical & Cultural Association (SH&CA) annual dinner/meeting is very special as founders of the 45-year-old organization are being honored.

According to a news release, “These are the folks who had foresight in the 1970’s to save and preserve the history of the Upper North Platte Valley.”
