Personal bests at Peck

Encampment track and field continue to see improvement as season progresses

Over the weekend, Encampment’s track and field athletes traveled to Riverton to compete in the Roy Peck Invitational. Though there were few placings for the small team at the large meet, there were some silver linings to be found.

“This was a really big meet this week with some great competition,” said Head Coach Kegan Willford. “We had some of our athletes get some personal bests in this meet. It was good to see Amber (Stubbs) get a pre-qualifying time in the two-mile (run).”
