HART members bring plants to the Hanna Community Garden on May 26 to plant after the meeting.

The Hanna Agricultural Resources Team (HART) met for the first time since November at 6:30 p.m. on May 26 at the Hanna Community Garden. HART usually takes a break in the winter time, but starts to reconvene in March. Because of social distancing, the group decided to wait until May and have the meeting outside.

Linda Goodrich, secretary of HART, said that all but three of the two dozen garden beds had been spoken for. One of the beds will be slated to renovated.

Perry Goodrich, president of the group, said they would try and refurbish a bed every year even though most were in good shape.
