Hunter education class to be offered in Encampment

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will offer a hunter education class in Encampment beginning on March 9.

The class will meet in the library at the Encampment School, 514 Rankin Ave., from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, March 9, 11, 16, 18, 30, and April 1. No classes will be held the week of March 23 due to spring break. A mandatory field day will be held on Saturday, April 4.

There is a $10 fee per student, cash only please. Students must attend all class sessions to earn a hunter education certificate. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for all...
