Tabled tap approved

During the January 7 meeting of the Saratoga Town Council, the governing body approved a water tap for Saratoga resident Randy Stevens. Following the approval of the tap, however, it seemed that where the town council dictated the placement of the meter pit was not the location Stevens was requesting.
