HEM netters make it to State Championship, fall to Saratoga and Meeteetse

The Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) High School girls volleyball team went to the state tourney knowing the first team they faced would be tough.
At 4:30 p.m on Nov. 7 in Casper, the Lady Miners confronted Carbon County rival Saratoga. The Lady Panthers, who were seeded number two and became eventual finalists in the championship, proved to be difficult as they have been every time the two have met this season.
The Lady Miners put up a tremendous fight with their first opponent but in the end the Lady Miners were defeated.
The Lady Panthers won the first set 20-25....
