New ERA for Valdez-Schwartz

Chia Valdez-Schwartz is the newest face at ERA Frontier Realty, located at 100 S. 1st St. in Saratoga. The realty company announced Valdez-Schwartz as the newest member to their team in a press release on Monday.

"Chia is an exceptional professional possessing a caring and colorful personality combining into a perfect addition to our team at ERA Frontier Realty," the press release read. "Chia has been an agent, broker, and owner within the real estate business for over 11 years. She is currently still a broker/owner for her own business within Colorado."

According to the press release, Valdez-Schwartz has been an active member of the community and a part of several communities both in and out of real estate. Since 2010, Valdez-Schwartz has been involved in the Saratoga community beginning with the Platte Valley Arts Council. From 2014 to 2017, Valdez-Schwartz also served as president of the Wyoming Chapter of Realtors Land Institute.

"Not only is Chia invested in the community, but her family are active members with Carbon County," read the press release.

Valdez-Schwartz is currently pursuing an Accredited Land Consultant designation.

"Chia prides herself on her unique representation of her work and activities," the press release read.
