Tigers track faces breezy conditions at Cheyenne Central Invite, coach says meet helped with conditioning

On Thursday, the Encampment Tigers were able to hit the road and head to Cheyenne to compete in the Cheyenne Central Invite. While there, the student athletes of Encampment Track and Field placed in several events.

“It was really windy at this meet,” said Kegan Willford, head coach for Encampment track, “however, it was still good for the kids to get on a track and compete against other athletes. Our athletes are still working on their conditioning and this meet helped with that as well.”
