HEM track qualifies four for state, and gets new athletes a taste of track and field events
Taylar Scott placed in all three of her events at Buffalo on Saturday.
The Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) High School track had to cancel their scheduled meet in Wheatland on Saturday, but went to the Jerry Campbell Invitational in Buffalo instead.
"The HEM track team had a great showing in Buffalo considering we were at the tail end of spring break," Head Track Coach Jackie Jones said. "Many athletes committed themselves to workouts over break and it showed."
Taylar Scott placed in all the events in which she participated.
