Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) High School girls basketball team had a good weekend hosting the Carbon County Invite on Friday and Saturday. They won three out of four games.

"I think overall our girls had a great weekend of basketball to start off the season," Jackie Jones, HEM basketball head coach said.

Their only loss was against a highly ranked St. Stephens team.

Friday the Lady Miners handled the Meeteetse Longhorns beating them 48-34 and had an even stronger game against Dubois beating them 59-34.
