Unemployment down slightly

Labor force, unemployment numbers both down from 2017

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services (DWS) released its October report on unemployment claims recently, placing Wyoming unemployment at 4.1 percent, putting it at the same percentage as September and down from October 2017, which saw an unemployment rate of 4.2 percent. According to the DWS, the highest unemployment rates were reported in Fremont County, at 4.4 percent, and Natrona County, at 4.2 percent.
