Cowbelle cooking

A cookbook, “Favorite Recipes from the Snowy Range CattleWomen”, was published this week and will go on sale at the Craft Fair Saturday at the Platte Valley Community Center.

More than 300 favorite recipes submitted by members and friends of the organization were compiled by Leanne Correll and appear in the 130 page book, plus 26 pages of Upper North Platte River ranch and valley photos, stories and history compiled by local historian Dick Perue.
