A Celebration of Life for Shirley Joy (Reed) Humphrey, 81, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Cheyenne Airport Golf Course from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and continued at a tailgate party in Tailgate Alley at the University of Wyoming stadium in Laramie prior to the Boise State-Cowboy football game.
She passed away at her home in Cheyenne July 17, four months after the death of her husband, Jack.
