Those running for county office to talk at PVCC Wednesday
Candidates for county offices in the 2018 elections are scheduled to present their views tonight at the second and last Valley Service Organization (VSO) forum before the Aug. 21 primary election.
The forum will get underway at 6 p.m. in the Great Hall at the Platte Valley Community Center in Saratoga, according to Sue Jones, VSO event organizer.
Candidates for county commissioner, clerk, treasurer, assessor, attorney, sheriff and coroner are expected at the event, she said. The public is invited to bring written questions for the candidates to the event if they have not already submitted t...
