Candidates talks set

The Valley Service Organization (VSO) has scheduled two candidate forums in Saratoga prior to the Aug. 21 primary election.

The forums are scheduled as follows:

July 23 –Town of Saratoga and legislative candidates.

July 25 – County commission, assessor, attorney and sheriff candidates.

Both forums will be held in the Great Hall at the Platte Valley Community Center starting at 6 p.m.

The forums will take the usual form of a brief presentation from each candidate followed by a question and answer period, according to Sue Jones, organizer of the event for VSO.
