Medicine Bow Major

Local Carbon County lass, Carly Cooper, daughter of Robert and Shelly Cooper of Medicine Bow, was promoted to the rank of Major in the United States Army.

Early in May of 2018 C. Cooper joined the ranks of Army field grade officers by being promoted to Major at Fort Riley, Kansas.

C. Cooper was born in Wyoming and grew up in Medicine Bow where her parents still reside.

She is a 2003 graduate of Hanna, Elk Mountain,Medicine Bow High School in Hanna. C. Cooper received an Associate of Science Degree from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Science from University of Nevada Las Vegas.
