Miracles tested

The Saratoga Council of Catholic Women will soon host Tim Francis, with You Shall Believe Ministries, for the first time ever in the state of Wyoming. According to the organization, Francis has presented over 500 missions and will be coming to Saratoga to present “Do You Believe in Miracles? Seeing is Believing!”

The presentation will include film clips from a Fox News special that aired in 1999 with testimony and reports from professionionals who have examined certain mystical phenomena currently occurring in the Catholic church.

The Saratoga Council of Catholic Women, who is hosting the event in cooperation with St. Ann’s Church, said in a recent press release that the presentation is billed as appropriate for people of all faiths. Francis will also show how he overcame his own lack of faith and drug addiction.
