Sunday residents played Dominoes with Pat Rust winning.

Monday three residents played Yahtzee with Pat Rust winning.

On Wednesday and Friday afternoon residents played Bingo. Carol Higby, Elaine Burge and Pat Rust won Four Corners. Barbara Plummer, Elaine Burge and Truth Karstoft won Blackouts. Volunteers at Bingo were Lila Worden, Gloria Rakness, Dawna Erickson, Elder Maake and Elder Coleman.

Thursday four residents played Uno with Pat Rust winning.

Residents played Blackjack Saturday.

For exercise residents did Wii Bowling Sunday and Saturday mornings and Sittercise Monday and Friday mornings.

For Lunch Out at the Saratoga Senior Center three residents had chicken fried steak and birthday cake on Friday. We celebrated Truth Karstoft’s birthday among others.

On Tuesday afternoon residents watched “Red River” and had popcorn.

On Sunday afternoon Pastor Gene Smith led church. Doris Davis played religious music.

Tuesday, residents attended Resident Council and discussed concerns about living at the facility.

On Wednesday morning seven residents had their hair done, and nine residents had their fingernails done by Georgia Schroer, Merlynn Hoopes, Kathy McMorrow and Janice Kerpan. Shaylene Smith, our beautician, did several ladies’ hair.

On Thursday afternoon residents did an Arts and Crafts project with my Activity Assistant, Kathy McMorrow.

We need small stuffed animals and other prizes for Bingo.
