Homecoming 2016 is next week for the Encampment K-12 school. This year’s theme is “Throwback,” including dress-up days with retro and futuristic themes. Other events include Penny Wars, coronation of the Homecoming Court, a cake auction and the homecoming dance.
The money collected during this year’s “Penny Wars” will go to a charitable cause to be announced at a pep assembly starting at 8:10 a.m. on Monday. An award will be made to the beneficiary of Penny Wars at the pep assembly on Thursday.
