Snowy roads and inexperience driving in snow were named as the cause of a rollover south of Saratoga Friday. Fortunately, Jose Cruz-Herrera was wearing his seatbelt and walked away from the crash, highway patrolman Lt. Kelly Finn said. Cruz-Herrera crossed the bridge at mile marker 22, lost traction and slammed on his brakes, according to Finn. The truck over turned one-half times and landed on its hood. Cruz-Herrera is currently residing in Encampment.
