Six cowboys from the Silver Spur Ranches - Headquarters will compete in the 20th World Championship Ranch Rodeo in Amarillo, Texas which will be held from Nov. 12 to 15.
The ranch team members are Thad York, Colton Miller, Ridge Knotwell, Buck Marsh, John Love and Tyler McClellan. The team qualified for the championship with a win at the Steamboat Springs Cowboy Roundup in Steamboat Springs, Colo. on July 2. The team also placed fifth at the Upper North Platte Rodeo in Encampment on July 25.
The Silver Spur is one of only two ranches representing Wyoming at the rodeo which is hosted by the Working Ranch Cowboys Association.
