The first time I heard of Saratoga, Wyoming was last year around the Fourth of July. I was in the Tetons, visiting my boyfriend who worked seasonally as a Forest Technician in Vernal, Utah. As we were driving up, I was talking to a friend who grew up with me in Saratoga, New York and was living in Boulder at that time.
