The farmer’s market is starting back up this Monday from approximately 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m at the Platte Valley Community Center’s east parking lot. Anyone who is interested in having a stand at the market can do so for free.
Joe Elder, Executive Director of the Platte Valley Community Center, explained that with the organization of the market changing hands frequently, they simply forgot about running it.
“This year we kind of forgot about it, and he [a usual vendor] called and said ‘hey are we doing that again?’”
