Cokeville Miracle to be screened


Encampment Spanish teacher, Mr. Ricks, will be hosting a one-time screening of The Cokeville Miracle on Tuesday, July 14th at 7:30 p.m. at the Platte Valley Community Center.

This film is based on actual events that took place in 1986. A madman and his wife took an elementary school in Cokeville, Wyo., hostage in hopes of gaining ransom money. They herded all of the students and staff into one classroom and held them there with guns and a bomb for several hours.
