Two men, seven counts

Two men have been charged with seven counts of various crimes between them allegedly committed between April 5 and May 2, 2015 in Saratoga.

Brandon Christopher Serini was arrested for conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Burglary and Wrongful Taking or Disposing of Property.

Brandon Lee Bagby, also known as Brandon Teeters and Brandon Sala was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Burglary, Wrongful Taking and Disposal of Property and Interference with a Peace Officer.

In an affidavit by Saratoga Police Officer Robert Chitwood, Gene McDowell and Robert McDowell, of Saratoga, had reported a burglary at 408 N. 1st St. in Saratoga.

R. McDowell took Officer Chitwood inside and showed him where belongings had been scattered and a trunk where jewelry was missing.

R. McDowell also reported several guns were missing.

Bagby and Serini were identified to Chitwood as persons of interest.

When learning that Bagby resided in Rawlins, Chitwood contacted the Rawlins Police Department, who knew of Bagby. According to Officer Bracken, of the Rawlins Police Department, there was a warrant out for Bagby for aggravated burglary.

An arrest warrant was issued for Bagby on May 19. He had his initial appearance in circuit court on May 20, 2015 and was issued a bond of $30,000 cash only.

Conditions of his bond include no possession of firearms and no contact with Serini or either of the McDowells.

Serini waived his initial appearance and was bound over for District Court. Serini’s arraignment is set for June 29 at 10 a.m.
