Linda Butler was approved as the Saratoga Middle High School principal to fill a position that will be vacated by 14-year veteran Larry Uhling at the Carbon County School District No. 2 (CCSD#2) board of trustees meeting in Elk Mountain Monday night.
Uhling was hired by the board as the curriculum director/facility manager for CCSD#2 at the April meeting.
Butler is no stranger to Saratoga, as she attended school in Saratoga and her husband is a Saratoga High School graduate.
