Hill chooses NROTC

Marshal Hill had options. Go to the Naval Academy like his brother Wyatt, or go to school in Jacksonville University in Florida.

Marshal chose Jacksonville, but the choice does not preclude him from the Navy, as he will be in the Naval Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (NROTC).

Marshal was awarded a full-ride scholarship through NROTC to Jacksonville University plus a monthly stipend.
