8th grade student, Morgan Dale from Encampment was one of the six essays chosen from over 100 submissions, and placed third in the Division One 7th-9th grade in a regional essay contest sponsored by the Anti-Defamation League. Dale chose to write her essay on Susan B. Anthony, the famed women's rights pioneer, since this year's theme was, "A Tribute to Moral Courage: Standing Up Against Injustice."
