Red Cross brings emergency preparedness program to Wyoming

Red Cross workers noticed something interesting in Louisiana as they were responding to the Hurricane Katrina disaster; many of the college students in their shelters had grabbed a pillowcase and filled it up with basic necessities when they had evacuated from their dorms. Ten years later the idea has evolved into a Disney-sponsored program by the Red Cross to teach emergency preparedness to children aged nine to 11 all across America.
