Cowboy madness clears streets

If you were driving down the street in Saratoga on Friday afternoon you may have noticed a distinct lack of street traffic. That is because nearly everyone who was able, had their eyes glued to a television set from about noon to 2 p.m. to watch the University of Wyoming Cowboys face off against the Northern Iowa Panthers in the NCAA tournament more popularly known as March Madness.
