An artists' perspective

Artists in residence from the Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts visited Encampment last Friday to introduce their work to students from Brooke Seitz's art class and Leslie McLinsky's English class. The two writers who visited McLinsky's class talked about "their processes and how they worked through their drafts." The writers worked with the students on some writing exercises. "It was good for the students to hear feedback on their writing from someone other than me," McLinsky said.
