Eden Deorio, accused of an alleged felony theft from Valley Foods in Saratoga, waived her preliminary hearing in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial District, Carbon County, Wyo. on Jan. 27. The next step in the judicial process is an arraignment hearing in District Court. As of press time the arraignment hearing has not been set.
